I wonder... who eats next?

I do! This is an intro.

I’m new to substack. I have no idea what I’m doing, but owning a blog was too much work, and it felt like I had a constant obligation and wasn’t really doing much with it. I guess I want? the social media aspect of it where people can randomly find your writing, like, and comment on it.

I came across a few articles on how to best use substack, so I’ll be reading those tonight, but if you’re reading this now, any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

As for what I’m all about? Food, of course. I’ll be specifically focusing on Eastern European influence; though, I might throw in a little something something here and there that is either inspired by, or borrows some flavor profiles. Who knows. That said, if you like to eat like I do, you’re always welcome for dinner :)
